We generally respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request (extendable by another 45 days where permitted).

Notice at Collection (California): We collect the categories described in Sections 2–3 for the purposes listed in Section 3. We retain information as described in Section 10. We do not sell or share personal information.

Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing contact@netovat.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the time required by law.

EEA/UK (GDPR)

You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Please contact us using the details above to exercise your rights. We generally respond within one month (extendable by up to two months where necessary, considering complexity and number of requests).

12) Children’s privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
